Decision trace

The recorded path a decision followed through the decision logic. It lists which rules, decision tables, and branches ran, in what order, with inputs, intermediate values, and the final outcome. It also includes timestamps and rule or version IDs for audit and repeatability. 

Example: country=DE, KYC=true → ruleset: Geo checks skipped → fraud_score=27 → threshold=30 → Outcome: Approve with monitoring.
